Job description: Oliver James are currently representing a growing retail business based in Houston, Texas who are seeking to add an experienced Finance Director to the team. This is an exciting time for the business as they are building upon their 2024 success and looking to double revenue this year.As the finance leader you will play a strategic role in this growth phase by using your prior experience to guide the company through strategic finance decisions. You will oversee all aspects of the firms financial operations – financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and GAAP reporting.Initially, this will be an in-office based role (South-West Houston). As you become more familiar with the team and processes it will move to a hybrid schedule.This is an exciting role for an entrepreneurial minded finance professional.
