The QA/QC Manager reviews projectsponsor’s quality management plans and supporting documentation to ensure that projects are beingbuilt safely on budget, on schedule, within scope, and in conformance with applicable regulationsand guidelines.The Contractor shall provide a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) as part of theirproposal. The QA/QC Manager shall be responsible for administering the QASP throughout thePeriod of Performance of the Contract. The QA/QC Manager assigned to the development,administration, and daily functions of the QASP shall be fully trained in their areas of responsibilitywhich may include instruction and procedure development; product quality monitoring; inspectiontechniques; and inspection data management and analysis.
