Members can play, pause and resume watching, all without adverts or commitments.As a Project Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our content data projects and processes. You will manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain detailed tracking of projects from inception to completion. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Project Management:

  • Manage project timelines and ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
  • Oversee the progress of various projects, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Utilize project management tools and software to track progress, manage tasks, and maintain project documentation.

Team Coordination:

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Act as a liaison between managers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication.
  • Provide support and assistance to team members as needed.

Risk Mitigation and Problem-Solving:

  • Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in project workflows and proactively develop solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout project execution.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Communicate project updates, insights, and progress to stakeholders.
  • Proactively seek feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into project plans.

Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives.
  • Compile findings to support strategic decision-making.

Collaboration and Documentation:

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather necessary information and resources.
  • Maintain detailed tracking and organized documentation of all projects, ensuring easy access for reporting and data analysis.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of industry experience leading complex, cross-functional data projects across pre-production, production, and/or post-production.
  • Broad understanding of all phases of film and series production, including emerging technology landscapes.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a self-directed, fast-paced, and frequently changing environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
