- Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing high-quality print and digital marketing materials
- Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
- Assist property manager in planning and implementing advertising
- Assist property manager in showing property to potential residents
- Respond to phone calls, e-mails, texts, and other types of customer correspondence
- Processing applications
- Processing and keeping track of lease and other resident documents
- Tracking rental payments
- Monitoring and notifying residents of important deadlines
- Marketing the company on social media and helping to update the company website and property management software.
Qualifications:
- Communicates well, both verbally and written
- Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
- Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
- Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends
