We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Finance Automation Specialist to drive the design, development, and implementation of Gen AI solutions and automation across core finance functions. This role will requires a solid understanding of finance processes, and expertise in applying AI to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of finance operations, the ability to translate business needs into GenAI-driven solutions that improve accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making across the enterprise. Good to have experience with ERP systems (especially SAP).Key Focus Areas:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the identification and prioritization of GenAI opportunities across key finance functions.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand current pain points and automation potential.
- Work with data, AI/ML, and SAP teams to design scalable GenAI solutions that integrate with related finance applications.
- Develop business cases and proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives for high-impact GenAI use cases.
- Monitor industry trends, vendor solutions, and internal capabilities to inform the roadmap.
- Ensure solutions meet governance, compliance, and confidentiality standards.
- Communicate findings and progress effectively to finance and technology leadership.
