This role involves working with complex data, simplifying insights and presenting results to leadership, while gaining insight to FP&A processes and Hulu in particular.Program Dates: Approximately June 2025 through August 2025What You Will DoAssess operational questions around subscriber behavior and impact to P&LResearch and simplify insights from complex dataFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), project modeling and variance analysisAd hoc requests and reporting for your team and Senior ExecutivesPresenting findings to leadershipRequired Qualifications & SkillsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a major or emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or other quantitative fieldStrong analytical skills and interest in the entertainment industryStrong MS Excel and PowerPoint skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organizationA proactive, self-directed approach and the ability to learn quicklyAbility to work well in teams, both within the group and with other business unitsMaturity to handle sensitive and highly confidential informationEducationCurrent Junior or Rising Senior student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or equivalentEligibility Requirements & Program InformationCandidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.Be at least 18 years of agePossess unrestricted work authorizationAdditional InformationCandidate must be available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internshipThis internship is a primarily on-site position.Must be able to provide own housing and reliable transportation for work in the New York City, New York or Santa Monica, CA The pay rate for this role in New York, NY or Santa Monica, CA is $22 per hour.
