Areas of Responsibility –

• Research & Connect with prospective leads to identify their needs and recommend our Services
• Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns and strategies
• Demonstrating & Matching our services to Senior Living, Multifamily & Hospitality markets and industries
• Evaluate competitive positioning and react accordingly
• Join trade associations to better understand the market and attend trade shows to network with potential leads
• Forming strategic relationships to generate referrals and bring client construction projects to close and full fruition.
• Generate prospects through cold calling, cold emails and social media management/selling

Expected salary: $150000 per year
