Day to Day Responsibilities
- Process and secure vehicle financing and insurance transactions for dealership customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to obtain favorable financing options
- Present and explain financing options, warranties, insurance, and other value-added products to customers
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
- Drive profitability through effective product presentation and negotiation strategies
- Train and mentor sales staff on financing procedures and product knowledge
- Use CRM and DMS tools to track performance and manage customer interactions
- Monitor and report on performance metrics and profitability
- Continuously improve knowledge of financial products and industry trends
What We’re Looking For
- A relationship oriented individual with the heart of a servant
- Proven success as an Automotive Finance Manager or similar dealership role
- Knowledge of financial products, lending practices, and compliance regulations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with CRM and dealership management software
- Ability to meet goals while maintaining a great customer experience
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
- Ability to collaborate with team members and maintain a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
