Review application that are targeted for transformation (rewrite) and prepare them for execution
Understand application functionality, dependencies, risks, and issues regarding it’s transformation
Document/Groom user stories to provide enough information to estimate the effort and cost to transform each application
Collaborate with Enterprise Architect to confirm target platform
Work with vendor(s) to price transformation, and prepare Statement(s) of Work
