We are seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to join our team! This position is an in-office help desk technician that assists clients with technical needs as well as serve on a team for on-boarding new services. The proper candidate will possess:Fundamental knowledge in:-Networks and troubleshooting-Windows 10/11 / Android / iOS / Mac-Microsoft 365 Admin Centers-Microsoft Security & Compliance-Microsoft Apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)-Microsoft SharePoint-Microsoft Azure/Entra ID-Microsoft Azure VM Provisioning-Microsoft Tenant Setup & Migrations-Dropbox-Google Admin Console-Google Drive-GmailInstallation and troubleshooting :Servers / Laptops / Workstations / TabletsRouters / Firewalls / WAN / LAN / SDWANSwitches / NAS / Access Points / Printers
Low Voltage optionalPreferred Certifications:A+ / Net+ / Microsoft Certs / AWS
- Excellent communication skills (Email, verbal, and follow-up)
