  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, OR
  • 4 years of job-related work experience, OR
  • 2 years of job-related experience plus an associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of IT experience, including developing test plans and test matrices.

Team Name:

  • EQE (Enterprise Quality Engineering) Claims and Data Analytics Team
  • Focuses on testing work efforts and projects.

Required Technologies:

  • 3270 Sessions (Green Screens)
  • Microsoft Products and Tools

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with automation tools.
  • SharePoint proficiency.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Provide services to multiple clients, including onsite support as needed.
  • Recommend improvements to testing activities.
  • Track quality assurance metrics.
  • Participate in the design phase of projects to ensure proper testing methodologies are used for new or modified functions.
  • Coordinate activities between clients and IS staff for optimal use of technical resources.
  • Perform administrative and leadership tasks, such as customer sessions, planning, and project distribution.
  • Conduct testing duties, including reviewing test data, creating test cases, executing tests, and documenting results.
  • Mentor and guide testing staff.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong project planning, organization, and management abilities.
  • Deep understanding of data processing terminology, operations, and systems migration processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creating and manipulating test data.
  • Ability to understand functional relationships between applications.
  • Skilled in utilizing test requirements, specifications, and logic functions.
