Job description: Crown Dental has an exciting opportunity to participate as a Marketing Data Analyst. As a new hire for this position you will participate in meaningful work, along with making contributions to team efforts in our fast paced, people first corporate environment. This position will be a hybrid position working both remotely and on site at our corporate office located in Lakeland, FL.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop solutions or strategies to increase productivity.
- Develop reports to track outcomes
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Understanding of the Dental Service industry is a plus
- Ability to understand the Large Account Service business
- Ability to understand and map processes fully and suggest/adapt to improvements
- Some knowledge of software as a service to continue improving our customer experience
- Ability to report on data and trends to build partnerships with our customers
