Job description: Title: Financial AnalystContract Length: 6 monthsLocation: Fort Worth, TXPay rate: $35/ HRJob Summary:The Contracts Administrator will support the Surgical Sales Force and Finance teams by managing the development, negotiation, execution, and administration of complex financing instruments related to capital equipment sales and placements. This includes portfolio analysis, compliance tracking, and financial performance reporting. The role also involves preparing and managing Generic ASC rebate agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely communication with stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Contract Development & Negotiation:
- Assist Surgical Sales Force in negotiating and preparing financing contracts for capital equipment (Cataract and Vit products).
- Ensure pricing adheres to guidelines and obtain necessary approvals before contract execution.
- Collaborate with Legal, IT, Finance, and Sales management for contract language and interpretation.
Contract Administration:
- Set up and maintain contracts in systems to ensure accurate payment calculations and compliance monitoring.
- Enter and administer contract information in tracking spreadsheets for analysis and future use.
- Manage per-procedure contracts, providing compliance recommendations to sales representatives.
Portfolio & Compliance Management:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of account performance and evaluate compliance reports.
- Recommend and execute remediation plans based on performance analysis.
- Maintain and monitor compliance for Generic ASC rebate agreements and ensure timely payments.
Reporting & Process Improvement:
- Analyze and report on the financial performance of contracts to the Contract Administrator Lead and Director of Commercial Contracts.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and automation.
Training & Guidance:
- Provide guidance to less experienced team members and assist in their training as required.
Qualifications:Education:
- BS/BA/BBA in Finance or Business.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of business experience, preferably with a background in finance or sales contracts.
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce is highly preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective workload prioritization and ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Proficiency in Client Office, particularly Excel.

- Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data.
- Experience in contract management systems and an understanding of compliance requirements are essential.
