• Manage financial records and reporting for a portfolio of properties
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and financial tracking
• Generate financial reports and support budget planning
• If experienced, manage Appfolio software for streamlined property management (for those with proficiency)

• Property Management Experience: Previous experience in property management accounting is highly valued.
• Appfolio Proficiency: While not required, experience with Appfolio Property Management software is a plus—and offers additional perks!
