The Wesson Group, LLC is currently recruiting for Interns on projects throughout New York State. This is a full-time, hourly position.The goal of our internship program is to immerse you in many phases of completing a successful project including, but not limited to:
- Working with the Project Engineers to develop and submit RFI s and required submittals
- Tracking of project costs, quantities and Subcontractors performance
- Assist with material resourcing, implementation and distribution of procurement documents
- Assist the QA/QC team with daily inspections and documentation
- Represent the Company in conjunction with the QA/QC team during project progress meetings.
- Supporting of the contract requirements as well as the overall project schedule.
- Perform additional assignments on site
Qualifications for a successful Intern:
- Working toward a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum of 3.0 GPA
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent writing and communication skills required
- Must have own transportation
