• Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor property managers, ensuring exceptional performance and adherence to company values.
• Financial Strategy: Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor financial performance and implement action plans to meet goals. Market Analysis: Identify emerging trends and implement strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Portfolio Oversight: Ensure properties meet aesthetic and safety standards, coordinating capital improvement needs. Compliance: Maintain adherence to all governing documents and operational policies.
• Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and ensure seamless execution of projects.

REQUIREMENTS FOR REGIONAL MANAGER

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in multifamily property management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Industry certifications (e.g., CPM, CAPS, CAM) strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; AppFolio experience a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the Midwest.
