You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.A Day in the Life We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead our Global Costing Center of Excellence (COE).The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our team of Finance Managers and managing the costing processes across all our manufacturing sites. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of costing methodologies, ERP systems and financial analysis.A Day in the LifeStrategic Financial LeadershipDevelop a deep understanding product costs and key drivers of costLead and manage a team of four Finance Managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.Develop and implement costing strategies and processes to ensure accurate and consistent costing across all manufacturing sites.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and procurement, to optimize costing practices and drive cost efficiencies.Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations for cost reduction and process improvements.Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key cost drivers and variances.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the costing function to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.Support the development and implementation of costing systems and tools to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in costing and financial management.Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience.Nice to HavesBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on costing and financial analysis.Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and developing a team of finance professionals.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Is a team player in a matrix structure with excellent communication/ presentation skillsFluent in EnglishWorking Experience supporting Manufacturing and familiarity with cost accounting principalsExperience with business intelligence and reporting systems would be an advantageGlobal Experience, working in large, complex, matrix organizationsStrong quantitative and analytical skills for creating actionable insights and analysis.Fluent in SpanishPhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.The physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
