Job description: Job Description:The CRM Coordinator will administer the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. Responsible for maintaining the CRM systems support and updating function. Monitors end-user usage of systems and performs daily administrative tasks. Reviews CRM system data in response to channel marketing initiative and makes recommendations to managers accordingly. Studies marketing data such as customer information, call patterns, and demographics.

• Responsible for the entry of all Dealer Business Systems (DBS) data submitted through the CRM system into DBS and validating the data as needed.
• Responsible for setting up new users in the CRM system and setting their security levels based on approval from management.
• Assist with CRM training.
• Ensure the quality and cleanliness of CRM data.
• Evaluate and resolve user problems.
• Educate CRM users on the use of the software and its applications.
• Create customer lists as needed for marketing needs.
• Evaluate customer assignments based on customer strategy guidelines.
• Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years previous experience or training in a similar field.
