Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership, driving operational innovation across multiple facilities.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of operations professionals.
- Manage annual operational budgets and conduct monthly financial reviews.
- Establish standardized protocols for new business initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company standards across all locations.
- Evaluate and negotiate national and regional vendor agreements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports for leadership and client partners.
- Promote a safety-focused culture and champion risk reduction initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in property management, building maintenance, or construction.
- Proven experience managing multiple facilities across a minimum of 7 states simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership over multiple facility managers, managing at least 7 concurrently.
- Managed a P&L of $10M or more annually.
- Successfully led and supervised over 150 employees across various states or regions.
- Track record of creating value through contract extensions, expansions, and new contract acquisitions.
- Promote a safety-focused culture and champion risk reduction initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to implement efficiencies that reduced operational costs.
- Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding and expertise in facility management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced spreadsheet design skills.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position (40 hours per week) with flexibility for additional hours as required.
- Physical requirements include standing, walking, and operating office equipment.
- Ability to perform in high-pressure situations.
- Up to 50% domestic travel is required.
Additional Requirements
- Successful completion of drug test, Keystone Management background check, and FAA background check.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
- 3-5 supervisory references.
